General ban on open fires

Very high fire danger 5/5

The general ban on outdoor fires extends to all types of outdoor fires and is intended to prevent potentially high-risk forest fire situations.

Specifically, when the ban is in force, all open flame fires are absolutely prohibited regardless of location and justification, such as fireworks, memorial fires, barbecues or any act that could cause a fire to start.

Outside the forest area, fires for food purposes (only gas or electric installations) are tolerated provided that such activities take place in structures and installations that are constantly under surveillance, that have the necessary extinguishing means (fire extinguisher, water jet, hydrant, ...) and that do not constitute an immediate fire risk and that generate little smoke.
